purchase. All Crypton upholstery and products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for
any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of
receipt.Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or
replacement. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as
replacement or refund.

For all furniture items, returns or exchanges are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 800.279.7866, Monday- Friday during business hours, 9-5pm EST. If an order is canceled within 5 business days of placing the order, a refund will be issued in the original form of tender. Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
