Orders are typically delivered within 8 weeks following receipt of the order. Crypton Super Furniture provides white glove delivery service within the Continental U.S. Generally, the cost of shipping and delivery is 10% of the purchase price.
Delivery cost includes:
Transportation to the desired location, including fuel costs.
In-home delivery, including:
up to 2 flights of stairs
unpack of items
removal of debris
set up limited to 15 min with no usage of tools
Services required to deliver, outside of the services listed above, may incur additional delivery costs.
Our Responsibility
At Crypton, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our furniture is fully manufactured in the U.S. with great attention to design, materials and construction. All furniture ordered is made to your specific needs and is, therefore, considered a Special Order. Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. While we’d love to promise a seamless delivery, we cannot control all factors in the shipping process.
Your Responsibility
It is imperative that you fully inspect the items ordered upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please note it on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. Any issue noticed after the delivery, must be submitted to Crypton in writing with photographs to support the claim within 7 days of delivery, please contact us at 800.279.7866, Monday- Friday during business hours, 9-5 EST.
Return Policy
For Special Order items, returns or exchanges are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 800.279.7866, Monday- Friday during business hours, 9-5pm EST. If an order is canceled within 5 business days of placing the order, a refund will be issued in the original form of tender. Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
